# Approval Workflows
Organizations that require internal authorization before sending an offer can connect an Approval Workflow to the offer.
Approval workflows can contain multiple approval levels and multiple approvers within each level.
Depending on the workflow configuration, a level can require approval from:
* any one of the assigned approvers, or
* all assigned approvers.
When the offer is submitted for approval, the appropriate approvers are notified and can access the offer directly from Worklife Recruit.
Approvers can review the offer information and choose to:
* Approve the offer
* Reject the offer
* Add a comment to their decision
Users who participate only as approvers can access the offers assigned to them without being given general Offer Management permissions. Their access is limited to reviewing the offer and performing the approval action available to them.
The approval section of the offer displays the progress of the workflow and the status of each approval step.
If an offer does not require an approval workflow, it can proceed directly from Draft to document generation and sending.
