Candidate Response and Offer Management
6. Candidate Offer Portal
Candidates do not need a Worklife Recruit account to respond to an offer.
The secure Candidate Offer Portal allows the candidate to:
View the details of the offer
Access the generated offer document
Download the offer as PDF
Accept the offer
Decline the offer
The portal is designed specifically for the candidate and provides only the information and actions related to their offer.

7. Accepting an Offer
When the candidate accepts the offer, Worklife Recruit records the acceptance and updates the offer status accordingly.
The acceptance becomes part of the offer’s permanent activity history, providing the recruitment team with a clear record of the candidate’s decision.
The final offer document can also include the candidate acceptance confirmation, providing a complete PDF record of the accepted offer.
Once an offer has been accepted, it is considered completed and can no longer be modified or withdrawn.

8. Declining an Offer
Candidates can also decline an offer directly through the Candidate Offer Portal.
The offer is immediately updated to Declined, allowing the recruitment team to see the outcome without waiting for a separate email or manual update.
The candidate’s response is recorded in the activity history.

9. Resending an Offer
Candidates occasionally report that they have not received the original offer email.
For active offers, authorized users can use the Resend Offer action to send the candidate another email containing the secure offer link.
A new offer does not need to be created.
Each resend is recorded in the offer activity history, providing visibility into how many times the offer has been sent.

10. Withdrawing an Offer
An authorized user can withdraw an active offer before the candidate accepts or declines it.
When withdrawing an offer, the user can provide a reason for the withdrawal.
The offer is then marked as Withdrawn, and the action is recorded in the offer history.
A withdrawn offer can no longer be accepted through the Candidate Offer Portal.
This provides a controlled process for situations where an offer must be cancelled after it has already been sent.
