Creating a Job Offer

A new offer is created for a specific candidate and job.

During offer creation, the recruiter can select the appropriate offer template and enter the commercial and employment information required for the offer.

Depending on your configuration, this can include:

  • Offer template

  • Approval workflow

  • Salary amount

  • Salary period

  • Benefits

  • Proposed start date

  • Offer expiration date

The offer is initially created as a Draft, allowing the recruitment team to review the information before proceeding.

Benefits and bullet lists

The Benefits field can contain either normal text or a list of benefits.

To create a bullet list in the generated offer document, enter each benefit on a separate line starting with * or -.

For example:

* Meal card * Private health insurance * Company mobile phone

Worklife Recruit will convert these entries into a properly formatted bullet list in the generated offer document.

Normal text can still be used when a list is not required.
