# Interview Report

**Interview Statuses** 

Worklife Recruit supports the following interview statuses: 

* Draft — the interview has been created but invitations have not yet been sent. 
* Scheduled — the interview has been scheduled and invitations have been sent. 
* Completed — the interview has taken place and has been completed. 
* Cancelled — the interview has been cancelled. 
* Candidate no-show — the candidate did not attend the interview. 
* Interviewer no-show — the interviewer did not attend. 

Statuses can be corrected by returning the interview to Draft where necessary. 

**Interview Reports** 

The Interview Report provides an analytical view of interview activity across your organization. 

You can filter the report by date, organization, department, and interview status. 

The report includes: 

* Total interviews 
* Scheduled, completed, and cancelled interviews 
* Candidate and interviewer no-shows 
* Interview status breakdown 
* Interview trends over time 
* Interviews by interviewer 
* Top jobs by interview volume 
* Interviewer workload 
* Detailed interview records

**Excel Export**&#x20;

Interview analytics can also be exported to Excel.&#x20;

The export includes a summary of the selected filters and KPIs, separate worksheets for the report analyses and native Excel charts, plus an Interview Details worksheet containing the underlying interview records.&#x20;
