# Managing Interviews

Managing Interviews in Worklife Recruit 

The Interviews functionality in Worklife Recruit helps your recruitment team schedule, manage, and track candidate interviews directly from the platform. 

Interview details, participants, invitations, calendar files, candidate information, and interview statuses are managed in one place, providing recruiters and hiring managers with a clear view of upcoming and completed interviews. 

Accessing Interviews 

Go to Interviews from the Worklife Recruit navigation menu. 

The Interviews page provides an overview of your interviews, including: 

* Date and time 
* Candidate and job 
* Interview round 
* Participants 
* Current status 
* Interview creator 

You can filter interviews by date, organization, department, and status.

The summary cards at the top of the page provide a quick overview of Draft, Scheduled, Completed, and Cancelled interviews.&#x20;
