Generating the Offer Document

Once the offer is ready — and any required approvals have been completed — Worklife Recruit can generate the final offer document.

The system uses the selected Word template and automatically replaces its placeholders with the actual offer data.

The generated document is converted to PDF, providing the candidate with a consistent, professional and non-editable version of the offer.

The generated PDF is stored securely and remains associated with the offer.

If offer information needs to be changed before sending, an authorized user can update the offer and generate a new version.

Sending the Offer to the Candidate

Once the PDF has been generated, the offer can be sent directly to the candidate.

The candidate receives a localized email containing a secure link to the Candidate Offer Portal.

The language of candidate-facing communication is determined by the language configured for the offer, allowing the candidate experience to be provided in the appropriate supported language.

The offer status is automatically updated when it is sent.
