# Offer Management Report
**Offer Statuses**
Worklife Recruit tracks the offer throughout its lifecycle using clearly defined statuses.
Depending on the workflow, an offer may move through statuses such as:
* Draft — the offer is being prepared.
* Pending Approval — the offer has been submitted to an approval workflow.
* Approved — all required approvals have been completed.
* Rejected — the offer was rejected during the internal approval process.
* Sent — the offer has been sent to the candidate.
* Viewed — the candidate has accessed the offer.
* Accepted — the candidate accepted the offer.
* Declined — the candidate declined the offer.
* Expired — the offer reached its expiration date.
* Withdrawn — the organization withdrew the offer.
This provides immediate visibility into the current state of every offer.
**Offer Details and Activity History**
The Offer Details page acts as the central point for managing and reviewing an individual offer.
Depending on the offer status and the user’s permissions, the page provides access to relevant actions such as:
* Edit offer
* Submit for approval
* Approve or reject
* Generate PDF
* Send offer
* Resend offer
* Withdraw offer
* View the generated offer
The page also contains a complete activity history.
Important events are automatically recorded, including:
* Offer creation and updates
* Submission for approval
* Approval and rejection actions
* PDF generation
* Initial sending
* Resending
* Candidate viewing
* Candidate acceptance or decline
* Offer withdrawal
This creates a clear audit trail of the offer process.

**Offer Management List**
The main Offers page provides a centralized overview of job offers across the organization.
Users can quickly identify offers requiring attention and filter the list based on relevant criteria.
The list provides direct access to individual offer details while displaying important information such as the candidate, job, offer status, dates and other key offer information.

**Offer Analytics and Reporting**
Worklife Recruit includes a dedicated Offer Management Report for monitoring offer activity and outcomes.
The report can be filtered by criteria such as:
* Date range
* Organization
* Department
* Job
* Offer owner
* Status
* Offer template
* Approval workflow
Key performance indicators include:
* Total Offers
* Open Offers
* Accepted Offers
* Acceptance Rate
* Offers Declined by Candidates
Additional visualizations provide insight into areas such as:
* Offers by status
* Offer activity over time
* Candidate responses
* Acceptance rate by department
* Offers by recruiter
A detailed table contains the underlying offer records corresponding to the selected filters.

**Excel Export**
Offer analytics can be exported directly to Excel while preserving the filters selected in the report.
The generated workbook includes:
* Management summary
* Applied filters
* KPI results
* Raw data supporting each visualization
* Native Excel charts
* Detailed offer records
This makes it easy to share offer analytics with management or perform additional analysis outside Worklife Recruit.
