# Offer Templates

Before creating an offer, you can configure reusable Offer Templates for your organization. 

Templates are based on Microsoft Word (.docx) documents, allowing you to maintain your existing corporate formatting, branding and offer letter structure. 

A template can include dynamic placeholders that Worklife Recruit automatically replaces with information from the offer, candidate and job. 

Examples include: 

* Candidate full name 
* Candidate first name 
* Candidate last name 
* Candidate last name in vocative form for Greek documents 
* Job title 
* Company name 
* Salary 
* Salary period 
* Benefits 
* Start date 
* Offer expiration date 
* Current date 

This allows HR teams to maintain one or more standard offer documents without manually editing candidate information each time an offer is created.
