Permissions and Security

Offer Management respects Worklife Recruit’s role-based access controls.

Users with Manage Offers permission can manage offers according to their status and available actions.

Approval participants do not need general Offer Management access. An approver can access an offer when they have been included in its approval workflow, while approval and rejection actions are available only when the relevant approval step requires their decision.

All offer access remains within the customer’s Worklife Recruit environment, while candidate access is provided through the secure Candidate Offer Portal.
