Managing Referrals

Recruiters can manage referrals through the Referrals page.

Referrals Dashboard

The Referrals page provides:

  • Referral list

  • KPI summary cards

  • Pipeline stage overview

  • Reward information

  • Filtering options

  • Excel export

Referral KPIs

The dashboard displays:

  • Total Referrals

  • The total number of approved referrals within the selected period.

  • Total Hires

  • The number of referred candidates who were hired.

  • Hire Rate

  • The percentage of referrals that resulted in hires.

  • Total Rewards

  • The total value of all referral rewards.

  • Eligible Rewards

  • Rewards that are already eligible for payout.

  • Pending Rewards

  • Rewards that are not eligible yet because the waiting period has not completed.

Filtering Referrals

Recruiters can filter referrals by:

  • Date range

  • Job

  • Organization

  • Pipeline stage

  • Referrer

This allows HR teams to quickly analyze referral performance for specific departments, teams, jobs, or time periods.

Referral Table

The referral list includes:

  • Referral date

  • Candidate name

  • Job

  • Organization

  • Current pipeline stage

  • Referrer

  • Reward status

Reward Statuses

Each referral can display one of the following statuses:

  • No reward : The related job does not include a referral reward.

  • Not hired yet : The candidate has not been hired yet.

  • Eligible :The reward is now eligible for payout.

  • Pending : The reward exists but will become eligible at a future date.

Pipeline Stage Overview

The Referrals page also includes a visual pipeline stage summary.

Recruiters can quickly see:

  • How many referrals exist in each stage

  • The percentage distribution across stages

  • Which stage contains the largest number of referrals

This helps teams understand where referred candidates currently are in the hiring funnel.
