Referral Rewards

The module supports job-level referral reward policies.

Each job can define:

• Reward amount

• Currency

• Waiting period after hire

Example: €1,000 reward Eligible 90 days after hire

Reward Eligibility : Rewards become eligible automatically after the configured waiting period.

Examples: Immediate eligibility : Days after hire = 0

The reward becomes eligible immediately after the hire.

Delayed eligibility : Days after hire = 90

The reward becomes eligible 90 days after the hire date.

Reward Tracking

The system automatically tracks:

• Total reward value

• Eligible rewards

• Pending rewards

• Reward distribution across referrers
