# Referral Workflow

The referral workflow consists of the following steps: 

1. A referrer submits a candidate through a referral form. 
2. The referred candidate receives an approval email. 
3. The candidate confirms participation. 
4. The referral becomes active. 
5. Recruiters track the referral through the hiring pipeline. 
6. If the candidate is hired, referral rewards can be generated automatically. 
7. HR teams monitor referral performance through analytics and leaderboards.
