# Referral Analytics

The Referral Analytics page provides advanced reporting and visualization.

* Referrals by Month :Tracks referral volume trends over time.&#x20;
* Referrals by Job :Shows which jobs receive the highest number of referrals.&#x20;
* Hire Rate by Source :Compares referral hiring performance against other sourcing channels.&#x20;
* Top Referrers :Visual ranking of top-performing referrers.&#x20;
* Pipeline Stage Distribution :Shows where referrals are currently positioned in the hiring process.&#x20;
* Internal vs External Referrals :Compares referrals submitted by internal employees versus external referrers.&#x20;
* Rewards by Month :Tracks reward spending trends.&#x20;
* Rewards by Referrer :Shows which referrers generated the highest reward totals.&#x20;
