# Referral Rewards

The module supports job-level referral reward policies. 

Each job can define: 

* Reward amount 
* Currency 
* Waiting period after hire 

Example: €1,000 reward \
Eligible 90 days after hire 

 

Reward Eligibility : Rewards become eligible automatically after the configured waiting period. 

Examples: Immediate eligibility : Days after hire = 0 

The reward becomes eligible immediately after the hire. 

Delayed eligibility : Days after hire = 90 

The reward becomes eligible 90 days after the hire date. 

 

**Reward Tracking** 

The system automatically tracks: 

* Total reward value 
* Eligible rewards 
* Pending rewards 
* Reward distribution across referrers
