# Referrers Page

The Referrers page provides a complete overview of all people submitting referrals. 

**It includes:** 

* Referrer leaderboards 
* Referral statistics 
* Conversion rates 
* Hiring performance 
* Reward totals 
* Export functionality

* Shows the people who submitted the most referrals.&#x20;
* Top Referrers by Hires&#x20;
* Shows the people whose referrals resulted in the highest number of hires.&#x20;
* Top Referrers by Conversion Rate&#x20;
* Shows the people with the highest referral-to-hire conversion rate.&#x20;

**Referrer Metrics**&#x20;

The table includes:&#x20;

* Referrer type&#x20;
* Total referrals&#x20;
* Total hires&#x20;
* Conversion rate&#x20;
* Reward totals&#x20;
* Eligible rewards&#x20;
* Pending rewards&#x20;
* Last referral date&#x20;
* Average hiring time&#x20;

This allows HR teams to identify the most effective referrers.&#x20;
