The Activity report tracks and monitors the number of actions taken within the Worklife Recruit by users such as administrators, recruiters and hiring managers. It provides insights into platform usage, helping you understand how users interact with the Worklife Recruit.

### **What It Covers**

* **Number of actions**: Actions such as comment, candidate evaluation, change stage, email, move or copy etc.

### **How to Generate**

1. Navigate to the **Reports** section.
2. Select **Activity** from the list of available report types.
3. Use the available filters to refine the report based on your needs:
   * **Time period**: Select a specific period to track activities.
   * **User**: Choose specific users (administrators, recruiters, hiring managers) to focus on.
   * **Type**: Specify the types of actions (e.g., Summary or DetDetailed).
4. Click **RUN** to Generate Report to display the data. You can also export the report in Microsoft EXCEL format.
