The **External Sources** report provides valuable insights into where candidates are applying from, whether it's LinkedIn, Jofind, or other job boards platforms. This information helps recruiters and hiring managers understand which sources are most effective for attracting candidates, enabling them to focus efforts and resources on the best-performing channels.

2. Navigate to the **Reports** section.
3. Select **External Sources** from the list of available reports.

* **Stage / External source**: The platform from which the candidate applied (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, company career site).

* **Conversion Rate**: The percentage of applications from each source that moved forward in the recruitment process.

To refine the report for more targeted analysis, you can use the filtering options:

* **Time period**: Select a specific period to see the sources that were most active during that time.
