# Job assignments

The **Job assignments** report provides insights into which users (hiring managers, recruiters, etc.) have been assigned to specific job applications. This report helps you monitor workload distribution and track key metrics related to candidate management, actions taken, and the efficiency of the hiring process.

### **What It Covers**

* **Job assignments**: Tracks which users have been assigned to specific job applications, helping you monitor the allocation of job responsibilities.
* **Number of candidates**: Shows the total number of candidates managed by each assigned user.
* **Number of actions by user**: Tracks how many actions (e.g., evaluations, communication, stage changes) each user has performed within the application process.
* **Number of hirings**: Provides a count of the candidates successfully hired by each user.
* **Days until hire**: Calculates the number of days it took from the initial application to the final hiring decision, offering insight into the efficiency of the recruitment process.

### **How to Generate**

1. Navigate to the **Reports** section.
2. Select **Assignments Report** from the available report options.
3. Apply the following filters to refine your report:
   * **Time period**: Select a specific range to track user assignments over time.
   * **User**: Choose which users (administrators, recruiters, hiring managers) you want to focus on.
4. Click **Generate Report** to view the data. You can also export the report in **Microsoft Excel** format for further analysis.

The Analysis Summary provides key insights into recruiter performance, including productivity and hiring effectiveness, time-to-hire metrics, roles filled more efficiently, and red flags such as low engagement or conversion rates. It also includes targeted suggestions for improvement, such as providing training to underperforming recruiters, encouraging knowledge sharing of best practices, reviewing candidate actions to identify bottlenecks, and setting up regular check-ins to support better performance.

* Click on the **Download in Excel Format** button located at the bottom right of the report.
