# Application settings

You may set various application-wide settings by clicking the tools icon at the top navigation bar and selecting **Application Settings**,, as shown below:

## General settings

* **Invoice language**, select the desired languages of the invoices you will receive when buying products from within the application.
* **Account job mailbox**, you may set the mailbox name for the general submission job that Worklife Recruit automatically creates.&#x20;

## GDPR settings

* **Candidates retention period**, select the retention period for all candidate data.
* **The candidate may redraw his/her application**, check this option to provide the candidates that apply through the career site to redraw their application.
