Hiring Pace Report

The Hiring Pace Report measures the time it takes to move candidates through the recruitment process, from the initial application to the final hiring decision. This report helps track the efficiency of your hiring process, identify bottlenecks, and improve recruitment timelines.

What It Covers

• Average time to hire: The average duration between the posting of a job and the hiring of a candidate.

• Time spent in each stage: A detailed breakdown of how long candidates spend in each recruitment stage (e.g., Review, Interview, Offer, etc.).

How to Generate

1. Navigate to the Reports section.

2. Select Hiring Pace Report from the report options.

3. Apply filters based on your preferences:

   1. Time period: Choose a specific date range to track the hiring process during that time.

   2. Organizations: Filter by specific organizations to view hiring data for each company.

   3. Job: Filter by specific job positions to analyze the hiring pace for those roles.

4. Click Generate Report to view the hiring pace data. You can also export the report in Microsoft Excel format for further analysis.
