# Apply Without resume

The "Apply Without Resume" feature allows candidates to apply for job positions even if they do not have a resume. This streamlined application process ensures that potential candidates can still showcase their qualifications by filling out detailed personal and professional information directly on the Career Site.

**Application Process**

To apply for a job without a resume, candidates need to complete the following steps:

1. **Personal Details**
   * **First Name**: Enter your first name.
   * **Last Name**: Enter your last name.
   * **Mobile Phone**: Provide a valid mobile phone number.
   * **Email**: Enter your email address for correspondence.
   * **Area of Residence**: Specify your current place of residence.
2. **Work Experience**
   * Detail your previous job roles, responsibilities, and any significant achievements.
3. **Education**
   * List your educational background, including degrees, certifications, and any relevant coursework.
4. **Cover Letter**
   * Optionally, write a cover letter to express your interest in the position and outline why you are a suitable candidate.
5. **Job-Related Questions**
   * Answer any specific questions related to the job or the company. These questions help the employer understand your suitability for the role.
6. **Submit Application**
   * Review all the information you have provided to ensure it is accurate and complete.
   * Click the "Submit" button to send your application.
