# Career Site Creation and Job Publishing

When you first sign up for Worklife Recruit, a career site is automatically created for your organization. The address of the career site is `apply.smartcv.co/{company_name}`, where `{company_name}` is derived from the email domain you used during the sign-up process.

You can control which jobs are published to the career site by selecting the corresponding option for each job on the **Jobs** page, as shown below.
