How to View the Number of Candidates in Worklife Recruit

In Worklife Recruit, you can easily view the total number of candidates across different job postings or within specific criteria. This feature allows recruiters and hiring managers to track recruitment progress and assess the number of applicants quickly.

Accessing the Detailed Activity Report

  • Log into your Worklife Recruit dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Reports section.

  • Select Number of candidates from the list of available reports.

Filtering Options

To help narrow down the data shown in the Detailed Activity Report, there are various filters:

  • Date Range: Set the specific date range for the activities you want to review.

  • Group by: Select a specific type (Job, Channel, External source, Pipeline stage).

    • Job: Group candidates by the job position they applied for.

    • Channel: Filter candidates by their recruitment channel (e.g., job boards, referrals, career site, upload).

    • External source: Group by the source of the candidate (e.g., LinkedIn, agency).

    • Pipeline stage: Group candidates by their current stage in the recruitment process.

View the Total Number of Candidates

  • The report will display a total count of candidates who meet your selected criteria.

Download or Export the Report

  • If you need to save or share the data, click on the Download in Excel Format button to download the report in Excel.

Tips for Using the Candidate Count Report

  • Regular Monitoring: Checking the candidate count regularly can help you gauge interest in job postings and manage candidate pools effectively.

  • Utilize Filters: Applying different filters helps in obtaining specific insights, such as the number of candidates per department or by location.
