### **How to View the Number of Candidates in Worklife Recruit**

In Worklife Recruit, you can easily view the total number of candidates across different job postings or within specific criteria. This feature allows recruiters and hiring managers to track recruitment progress and assess the number of applicants quickly.

### **Accessing the Detailed Activity Report** <a href="#accessing-the-detailed-activity-report" id="accessing-the-detailed-activity-report"></a>

* Log into your **Worklife Recruit** dashboard.
* Navigate to the **Reports** section.
* Select **Number of candidates** from the list of available reports.

To help narrow down the data shown in the Detailed Activity Report, there are various filters:

* **Date Range:** Set the specific date range for the activities you want to review.
* **Group by:** Select a specific type (Job, Channel, External source, Pipeline stage).
