The Hiring Pace Report measures the time it takes to move candidates through the recruitment process, from the initial application to the final hiring decision. This report helps track the efficiency of your hiring process, identify bottlenecks, and improve recruitment timelines.
Average time to hire: The average duration between the posting of a job and the hiring of a candidate.
Time spent in each stage: A detailed breakdown of how long candidates spend in each recruitment stage (e.g., Review, Interview, Offer, etc.).
Average Time to Hire: Calculates the average number of days between the posting of a job and the hiring of a candidate. This metric provides a baseline for how long, on average, it takes to fill a position.
Time Spent in Each Stage: Breaks down the time candidates spend in each recruitment stage (e.g., Review, Interview, Offer, etc.), offering detailed insights into each phase of the process.
Average Days per Stage: Shows the average time candidates spend in each stage, helping to highlight areas that might need streamlining.
Minimum Days per Stage: Reflects the shortest duration any candidate has spent in each stage, useful for understanding the quickest possible turnaround.
Maximum Days per Stage: Indicates the longest time a candidate has spent in a given stage, often showing where delays occur.
Analyzing these metrics helps pinpoint stages where candidates might be spending excessive time, enabling recruitment teams to address specific bottlenecks and optimize the hiring process.
Log into Worklife Recruit.
Navigate to the Reports section.
Select Hiring Pace from the list of available reports.
Apply filters based on your preferences:
Time period: Choose a specific date range to track the hiring process during that time.
Organizations: Filter by specific organizations to view hiring data for each company.
Job: Filter by specific job positions to analyze the hiring pace for those roles.
Click Download in Excel format to download the report.
Share the report with team members to discuss strategies and align on recruitment goals.
