The Candidate Diversity report in Worklife Recruit provides insights into the diversity metrics of your candidate pool, helping you make data-driven decisions to improve inclusivity in hiring.
Log into your Worklife Recruit dashboard.
Navigate to the Reports section.
Select Candidate diversity from the list of available reports.
The Candidate Diversity Report presents data on diversity dimensions, such as:
Gender: Shows the gender distribution of your candidates.
These metrics help you understand your recruitment efforts highlighting where diversity can be improved.
Choose a Time period to see trends over time.
To save or share the data:
Click on the Download in Excel Format button located at the bottom right of the report.
Identify any significant gaps or imbalances.
Track changes over time to assess the effectiveness of diversity initiatives.
Widen Your Sourcing Channels: Partner with organizations that specialize in diverse talent.
Adjust Job Descriptions: Ensure inclusive language in job descriptions to appeal to a wider audience.
