How to Use the Candidate Diversity Report

The Candidate Diversity report in Worklife Recruit provides insights into the diversity metrics of your candidate pool, helping you make data-driven decisions to improve inclusivity in hiring.

Accessing the Candidate diversity Report

  • Log into your Worklife Recruit dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Reports section.

  • Select Candidate diversity from the list of available reports.
