The Job assignments report provides insights into which users (hiring managers, recruiters, etc.) have been assigned to specific job applications. This report helps you monitor workload distribution and track key metrics related to candidate management, actions taken, and the efficiency of the hiring process.

What It Covers

  • Job assignments: Tracks which users have been assigned to specific job applications, helping you monitor the allocation of job responsibilities.

  • Number of candidates: Shows the total number of candidates managed by each assigned user.

  • Number of actions by user: Tracks how many actions (e.g., evaluations, communication, stage changes) each user has performed within the application process.

  • Number of hirings: Provides a count of the candidates successfully hired by each user.

  • Days until hire: Calculates the number of days it took from the initial application to the final hiring decision, offering insight into the efficiency of the recruitment process.
