#### How to Use the Detailed Activity Report in Worklife Recruit

The **Detailed Activity Report** is designed to give users a comprehensive view of activities, such as candidate interactions, job posting updates, and interview scheduling, within the ATS solution. This report can help hiring managers and HR professionals monitor recruitment processes and ensure all actions are tracked.

### **Accessing the Detailed Activity Report**

* Log into your **Worklife Recruit** dashboard.
* Navigate to the **Reports** section.
* Select **Detailed Activity** from the list of available reports.

### **Filtering Options**

To help narrow down the data shown in the Detailed Activity Report, there are various filters:

* **Date Range:** Set the specific date range for the activities you want to review.
* **User:** Select a specific user to see only their activity.

### **Viewing the Report**

Once you've applied your filters:

* The report will display a list of all matching activities, including details like timestamps, the user who performed the activity, and a brief description of the action taken.
* Each entry will include links to the relevant candidate or job posting, allowing you to quickly navigate to those records for further review.

### **Exporting the Report**

* Click on the **Download in Excel Format** button located at the bottom right of the report.
