# Manage interview kits

### How to Create an Interview Kit

1. Go to **Settings ⚙️ → Manage Interview Kits**

2.You have **two options** to create a kit:&#x20;

#### Option 1: Create Your Own Interview Kit

* Click **Create Interview Kit**
* Name your kit
* Save changes &#x20;

* Click on the kit’s name to start adding **your own questions and criteria**

#### Option 2: Generate with AI

* Click **Create with AI**
* Enter the **job title**, **number of criteria**, and **language**

* Click **Generate**
* Save by selecting **Use this interview kit** &#x20;

* You can always **edit the kit**: add, modify, or delete criteria

#### How to link an interview kit to a newly created or existent job?

* You can create an interview kit before or after creating the job position.
* When creating a new position, you can select the interview kit to link at that time.&#x20;
* You’ll find the interview kit section at the bottom of the job page. Simply select the interview kit from the drop down menu.

Alternatively, you can create the position without an interview kit and add it later through the “Edit Job” option , either **while viewing a specific job** or **from the job list page** where all positions are displayed.

Αfterwards, you’ll find in each candidate’s profile the 3 stars icon and when you’ll click on it you’ll be able to see the interview kit.

Take notes instantly and score the candidate's answers.

In case you want to work collaboratively, your colleagues will need to follow the same process, scoring candidate’s answers, and in the end you’ll be able to check the average score, get an overview as well as detailed notes of all people involved. This information will be displayed on the candidate's profile.
