• Select Email as the template type.

• Choose the language.

• Click Generate.

**Template Fields**

Template Title – Give your template a clear and descriptive name. This is for internal use only and will not appear as the email subject or title for recipients.

Template Text – Fill in the body of the template with your own content, e.g., \[Your Name] or any relevant information.

Personalization – Use placeholders such as Dear {{first\_name}} {{last\_name}}. These will automatically populate with each candidate’s personal information, ensuring each message feels tailored and professional.

  **Insert Special Fields**

At this stage, you can insert **special fields** that automatically adapt to each candidate’s information.\
For example, you can include fields such as:

Candidate’s First and Last Name: {{first\_name}} {{last\_name}}.

Job Position: The title of the role the candidate is applying for

These fields will be automatically replaced with the correct details for every candidate, making your templates personalized and efficient.
